It's 1962 Baltimore, and Tracy Turnblad is a plump girl with big dreams of being a teen dance idol. When Tracy wins a spot on the local TV dance show, she attempts to win the heart of the local heartthrob and also confronts the bitter truth of segregation. HOW TO GET TO THE MOUNTAIN PLAY
Coming north or south on Highway 101 to Mill Valley, take the highway 1/Stinson Beach exit. Proceed with the main flow of traffic until you come to a 3-way intersection – Tam Junction. Turn left onto Shoreline Highway and stay on this main road for one mile. Turn right on Panoramic Highway. Whenever you come to a fork in the road, take the fork that goes up. It is approximately 7 miles from Mill Valley to Cushing Memorial Amphitheater.
PLENTY OF PARKING in two large lots. Drive to theater and drop off passengers.
