Most often, your time will be appreciated at concert productions.
Assignments may include:
- Stuffing Programs
- Greeting and Directing Patrons
- Staffing Information Tables
- Running Will Call Tickets
- Checking VIP’s
- Staffing Receptions
- Floating to where help is most needed
If you are specifically interested in volunteering for Marin Center events, or performing the types of duties assigned by them at Marin Symphony concerts (eg, scanning tickets, ushering), please email the Marin Center House Manager, Todd McQuade, Todd.McQuade@marincounty.gov.
For Marin Symphony volunteers only, please complete the signup form below. In Additional Comments at the end of the form, indicate what sorts of tasks you’d prefer. You will be contacted for a brief introduction.
We’ll check in with you in the weeks preceding your selected concerts about your availability. Shifts are about 3.5 hours and begin with a friendly briefing with staff and other volunteers. Between duties, you are invited to enjoy as much of the concert program as possible. Make friends, enjoy music, while giving back to the community!
