Marin Symphony Youth Programs – Spring 2026 Auditions

Youth ensemble auditions are held annually at the end of the summer, and mid-year auditions are held in January for any open positions within the three ensembles.

We will be hearing auditions for the following open positions in our three ensembles this January:

Overture: violin, viola, cello, bass
Crescendo: violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, harp
MSYO: violin, viola, bass, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone

Open Position Auditions for Spring 2026 will be held on January 10th for MSYO and Crescendo, and January 11th for Overture. Note that the requirements for our three ensembles differ considerably.
